Plan for construction delays.

Due to both the construction of the Bell Tower lot and the expansion of Kenan Stadium, pedestrian access to Campus Health Services is changing.  The pedestrian pathways between Kenan Stadium and the Bell Tower will be blocked and access to CHS from North Campus will need to be from the east side of the stadium closest to Ramshead.
